Is their Success with Uniform Trance geared to Women?

I know it is under Iron Shakle for men subs...But Will it work for women too? Has anybody tried it in that way? Just curious. :?:

topic is confusing....
i think there are lines in there that are specefically for men.
i've heard dark cage works for men , iron shackle possibly might work.
