binaurals are sound patterns that entrain the brain to produce waves in sympathy to their superimposed frequency. they are used to force the brain into beta, theta or delta paterns. also they can be used for other frequncies purported to be associated with additional states or phenomenon.

Scripts are the text portion of a hypnotic file. useful to load into hypnosis programs or for a hypnotist to use in her or his own work rather than rely on a recorded voice.

Subliminals are either masked or hidden suggestions or are separate files with graphics, sounds and texts meant to be used in trance to bring about a specific change in the listener/viewer. they are best used as an adjunct to a related hypnosis file or hypnotic theme. an example would be a rapidly flashing slide show showing a desired activity with associated sound bites and reinforcing text. for such a file you would gaze fixedly at it until you trance out and thencontinue to watch it in trance as it inculcates it's intended effect on your subconscious.

So the script is just a typed out version of the file, minus the induction & awakening parts ?

i believe so. the ones that have a hyperlink marked "body" have the recorded version minus induction and wake up as opposed to text only.

scripts can be the whole file or the body only typed out in a text file.
