subliminal files!

hey everyone, love the new layout! I have trouble getting confortable with a mans voice, so I've been using SublimTrainTrance to hopefully get me more comfortable and I was wondering.....well anything about subliminal files. I know some, but like would it be best to listen to it all night while I'm asleep, etc.

I had a bit of trouble with the male voice too. Once I got used to going under with the female ones the problem vanished. My head must just think a trance is a trance is a trance now.
I know it doesn't really answer your questions as asked, but maybe you could try getting a bit of "practice" with the female files and see if it helps any. WMM offers inductions by both Goddess Spiral and Lady Rio, I loved that new Lady Rio one.
There are a fair few of off-site inductions with female voices floating about, usually from commercial hypno-dommes. These seem to work well, but usually come with suggestions to buy things and in one case never to listen to another 'tist again without shooting pains (!)
Personally subliminals seem to have absolutely no effect on me, but a lot of people report they help. Maybe it's a matter of frequency?

i dont have trouble with the voice now once it starts but to get me in the trance the chick one is easier

her name is lady rio, and she is a tit bit easier to fall into a trance with, but I think it is only because it is something different, compared to the restof the files.

Well, I have to admit, I wouldn't enjoy that file at all if it had been by EMG, but only because he is a guy. The female voice makes all the difference. :)

wow, I gotta get rid of my ADD for hypnosis. I'm just wondering like, can you listen to subliminal messages while you sleep? do you have to be sitting/lying somewhere or can you be doing something.

There is no right or wrong way to listen to a subliminal file. I personally like to use them while I am doing something else, like reading. You can use them while you sleep, some people on this site say that it is an effective tool.

I was listening to one of the files before I tried it, just to hear what it would be like, and in the end I heard EMG counting to 5...so that's why I'm wondering if it puts you under

No, they aren't supposed to put you under. Ideally for subliminal files to work, you shouldn't really hear the message.

While you sleep is good I think. I have been listening to subliminal memory reinforcer and recently I have noticed that my memory has improved significantly, however I have also been using ginkgo pills which are supposed to have the same effect.
