Um... no, but that depends on the file you're playing.

If you're listening to one of the files that tells you that your body will feel or behave in a certain way, you could have some shaking based on that. What kind of shaking are you having? Are we talking shivering or seizing or something in between?

If this is purely an effect of the hypnosis, and if it bothers you, you should know that you can make it stop. If this is purely an effect of the hypnosis, and it doesn't bother you, problem solved. :)
