Help w/ Chat

Okay, I can't seem to get the chat room to work for the past 2 hours. When I open it, it opens to the chat page, but then says "Undefined String" and doesn't connect. I was connected to it earlier today and usually it says "Undefined String" but then connects right afterwards. I went to the help page and it didn't make sense. If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated!

:cry: the chat is down again. Keep checking back periodically to see if it is working again. The errors you described typically happen when the chat server is having problems. Lets hope its working soon.
