If you have her going into trance regularly (not necessarily even listening to suggestions), you might try hypnotizing her yourself and asking her questions about why she's so "prim and proper" (if you don't already know; but even if you do, hypnosis can help you find those key events that shaped her beliefs), and you can help her overcome those hang-ups by thinking about those events in a new way.
