Member list improvements

I was just thinking: I don't now hard this would be, but the Members list would be MUCH more useful if it had a search function, and the ability to go to a specific letter and/or the ability to move more than one page at a time.

As it is, it's not very helpful.

Yeah, but until I can find more people to do it for free it looks like it'll be me making all the changes. Still, I am always open to offers from anyone that wants to help improve and upgrade the site. The File Upload page was done by a user in exchange for custom work and there are lots of other little things if anyone knows PHP and wants various types of free access etc(I may even have a pay project or two)
