good starting files

Postby Skribblez » August 25th, 2006, 1:29 am

I've been spending a really long time with induction and deepening files and I think I'm ready to try some hypnosis files, I just have one question: which types of files are the easiest to get a full effect out of?

To answer with a question: what kind of effects do you want?

As a general rule, I'd start with files whose effects you can easily believe are possible through hypnosis, and whose effects you already consciously want. Belief and desire are two huge factors to help you succeed. And once you succeed with one file, it's easier to believe a file you might be sceptical about at first, might actually work. Which will make it easier to get that harder file to work as well.

I would suggest either the TrigFreeze2 file, the TrigStrip file, or the TrigSlave file. Trigger files are always easy to work with in the beginning, plus these have test files.
