Yes.
A few weeks ago (it never really worked before) I listened to Powerpoint's confuse/enjoy file (which seems to work really well as an induction for me), followed by TranceSex. It was just my imagination really, visualising myself having sex with a certain person (I expected it to be in the first person, but it wasn't). Then as soon as I woke up, I came.

So ... I'd say that worked.
