I'm just wondering about the file "TrigNoEvil"

If you are triggered so that you cannot hear, then how does the trigger to "you can hear/see/speak" affect you? :?

you will be able to physically hear, you just won't hear it consciously. Or to say it another way, you won't be able to hear it, but your unconscious will respond to it.
