files that are only scripts dont have sound files, However the scripts can be used by someone else on the site to create a sound file

I find it quite effective to voice a script using a speech synthesizer program. I use Festival others have referred to Virtual Hypnotist. Using Festival I have to adjust the breaks and spacing of the script to get a good rhythm. I'm sure a "voice talent" would be more effective but I don't like the sound of my own voice. If I knew how to change it to a feminine voice that might help.
