There is no reason that downloading mp3's from this site would affect any other mp3's you already have on your computer. They would also not affect any mp3's you download in the future.

These files may have the power to alter your mind if you listen to them, but they have no power over other computer files. If you are conserned you can always run them through a virus scan before you use them.
