Question about 'Suggestible'

In what situation is the file Succeptible from EMG intended to be heard. I burned it to a CD and heard it while I went for a walk (about 10.5 km or 6.6 miles)

(that I took the walk hadn't had anything to do with the file. I often go for longer walks at night)

I use it when browsing on the net or chatting in forums and chatrooms, as background noise. Not sure if it works that way, but that's how I do it.

I begin to believe that it really works fine when used during going for a walk. Which is the ideal way to do both: reduce your weight and become more suggestible.

I wish EMG would tell us what kind of use he intended when he did that file

something other that I think to have figured out is that it is anything but helpfull to stress your subconcious.
it just caused me headaches (And I never had headaches before)

I think the subconcious should be regarded as something of your body and no part can do as much as you want it to do.
