Anybody have some binaural beats?

Ahoy, new here.

Im having trouble getting into trance, granted I've only been trying 3 days now. I've tried a variety of the inductions and feel im making some progress with more than others..baby steps.

So I have an audio editing program where I'm taking the parts I seem to like of different induction files and arranging them into one. I'd also like to throw a delta binaural in the mix as a background sound to maybe help me relax more. And there lies the trouble, anyone have a simple delta binaural beat in mp3/wav format? Or know where I can cop one?

They're really, really easy to make. Get something like audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net) and make two audio tracks. Into each track generate a tone, with one a few Hz higher or lower than the other. (IIRC, the type you want to use for hypnosis is 4-6 Hz apart, but you might want to look it up; it's been a while since I generated one.) Put on headphones and listen; you should hear a pulse in the sound.
