how to search for a file title

Been reading this forum and find people suggesting file names. When i got to search for them, i sometimes dont find any results. Do i have to search by author too? What if i dont know the author, noone quotes the authors name of file names.

On the left there is a selection for file search. Once you are at the file search page you can either search by author or you can use the top part to enter a name of the file or part of the name of the file. I hope that helps.
