There are many useful files here, however there seems to be something missing. A baby should be dependent on a caregiver (mommy, daddy, babysitter etc). There does not seem to many files here on that topic. Here are some ideas that may be incorporated into one ore a series of hypnosis files.

Listener will not be able to touch the inside of there diaper.

Listener will be unable to change there diaper by themselves.

Listener will be unaware of how wet or messy there diaper may be, until caregiver inquires. But they will still be vary aware that they are wearing one.

Like a real baby, listener will not be embarrassed at all by there treatment as a baby in public ore otherwise.

Listener will obey there caregivers instructions.

Hmm, all interesting ideas. I like them all. But for someone like mysef who is single at the moment nor has a parental figure with whom to use this file with, something along those lines of:
Not touching the inside of your diaper
Not be aware you are wet until you actually touch the OUTSIDE of your diaper
Not be embarressed to be in a diaper (i'm sure that one has already been used though)
