The ones that don't specify male genetalia should work fine for women as would ones that encourage ladylike behavior.

how do you know what ones are the right ones? they all seem to be ones for changing your male parts for girl ones, there should be a male section and a females section so it causes less confusion for people.

I say if you aren't sure, give them a listen without going under. Just jump past the induction and listen to the body before going all the way.

And it's easy enough to find an editing program to snip out the bits you don't like.
