Desperately wanting to go under

I've had practically no luck with any of the files on the site, even just getting in to a trance. A few have had some small effect, but nothing terribly solid or repeatable, unfortunately, though I've enjoyed some of them anyway.

I was lucky enough to have someone attempt to put me under via instant message, and I may have gone in to a trance, but it was far too light to allow for any suggestions.

So right now I'm just wanting to go under. Maybe have my head loosened up, so to speak, so I can go under more easily in the future. If anyone would like to help me, I would very much appreciate it.

I'm not making any special requests here. It's just a cry for help.

I've tried a bunch of files. I can't remember what all I've actually tried out though. A lot of different inductions, a few things by Cardigan and Sarnoga. Random stuff that caught my interest over the years.

English is my native language, yeah.

then maybe you should focus on one file. one alone.

how about something harmles without an effect after the file? the baby-files where you have to be a baby for 20 minutes war my first and it worked to some degree
