I am now listening to just the furry transformation file as much as I can, without testing it to try and get it into my head so it works in the futre, but I find I either fall asleep for 3 hours every time or i get too uncomftable listening and have to stop.

Now my new bed will be arriving soon and I hope that will enable me to relax more but my eyes feel really weird when I am very relaxed they feel like I am starring really hard and there is something in my left eye.It feels dry like a contact lens, which I dont wear ,I feel it worse right near the nose it feels almost dry even when I have put eye drops in anyone got any suggestions at all please feel free to let me know.

If you mean eye-fluttering, that's normal.

not sure if it is eye fluttering sometimes it feels so dry i have to open my eye and blink several times to get it feeling normal again, by the way can you belive i have been listening to these files for about 4 years now
