Help w/ Male Slave Tracks

So I've been using the first Male Slave track for about a week now, and yesterday I tried the second one, since I think the first one has been doing very nicely. But in the middle of the second one, where it helps you practice controlling your orgasms, I orgasmed and cummed, even though I thought I was under very deep, and cumming brought me back to the surface. I tried it a few more times, and every single time I orgasmed and cummed, which brought me back up. Anyone else have this problem, and how can I stop it?
