How to Achieve Incontinance

I would love to hear how all you ABDL out there became incontinant and what you did to achieve it

well, I'm a DL, and although I am not incontinant, I have worn diapers long enough to be able to wet in any position (sitting, standing, laying down). I can also wet while walking and doing stuff. It's just a matter of time spent training you body to, in a sense, allow it to do what it would naturally do on it's own. I don't think there's any real single big secret, just time, and allowing you body to get used to doing what it wants when you're diapered.
