question about fox transformation

i was wondering, how often do i need to listen to these two files for it to take effect? does it really work?

I can only answer in general terms. And I can first say that if it wasn't intended to work, it wouldn't be uploaded here. And secondly, how many times and for how long you have to listen to notice any effects will depend on you. Some people are blessed with good suggestibility and will find files like those working after the very first try, while others might have to listen many times before noticing anything. The only way to find out is to try. You may be surprised at how easy it is.

ok thanks. ya im a newb and wasnt sure. i did have a few other questions about it tho. like if it works on me and i look in a mirror, shadow, or reflection, what would i see, my furry form or my old human one. or with a photograph?

You'll see what you think you'll see. Its ultimately how you translate the file. :) Eventually you'll beat reality it just takes time.
