Recently I was bored and listened to this file, about 4 hours later I shit myself (not on purpose) and urinated... after that (night is ohnly 4 hours away thank god) I have not been able to control my bladder and have been dribbling pee... had to go out and buy a pack of diapers after a couple of minutes of it, very uncomfortable... but strangely addicting, let this be a lesson to myself, hypnosis is powerful stuff, dont mess around with it unless your very serious about it.
