i don't know the answer to your second question. Since i have been listening to CurseMilky my nipples have gotten much more sensitive and i can milk a few drops of fluid out of my breasts if i massage them in just the right way. i haven't been able to listen to this file as much as i would like to because of a number of things going on in my life right now, but i have every confidence that it will be completely successful once i am able to.
