sorry i just had a few questions. first off is i just wanna double check that i am in fact going into trance in the first place. i listen to the induction, then i start to relax. when he counts down i cant keep my eyes opens, then i lay there, listen to it, i feel very relaxed. if i have an itch i try to ignore it but sometimes i absent mindedly scratch it. and when he wakes me up i open my eyes. i just wanted to be sure thats actually a trance otherwise this hasnt a prayer of working! lol also ive only listened to this file maybe 5 times with no results yet. im just hoping i can get this to work eventually. it would be really great. altho this is my first hypnosis file... well thank you for your time and ur help.

That probably is working just fine :). You might want to try something a bit simpler to start out with, Cardigan's(?) itching foot or Blink's good boy/girl or something. Those aren't quite as involved and are more likely to give you a clear sense of "cool it worked!"
