Its different for everybody. Some don't even remember it. For me, it sometimes seems to involve some kind of synaesthetic state. I've heard descriptions involving a feeling of falling or spinning, or feeling like you're sinking into your seat, or the whole body going numb. Some people don't feel anything, and are certain they weren't "under", but still find themselves obeying suggestions later on. One of the most common signs of trance is a feeling that you want to carry on listening until the end of the file.
Probably the best guide is: If you felt something, that's probably it. If you didn't, then the jury's still out. Try again, and see if you feel the same or different next time. Both can be good signs.
Or, post what *you* felt, and some of the experts round here will tell you that trance sometimes feels like that.
