I've had great sucess with this file would anyone like me to journal if i listen to it more. I don't listen much to this file because i live with the folks. but other then that i have done this some times and last saturday i had my first experience at being hit with the trigger.

Was that the trigger while listening to the file, or did someone else say the trigger? I don't remember what the trigger is, but if I remember correctly, it is not something likely to be said in normal conversation.

It worked. I totally lost control over my bladder. First I was unable to get in such a deep trance, but with an extra induction file before the main file it worked very well.

Means he is trying to be funny and I laughed and thought it in good humor, unfortunatly, I only deal in the hypnotist side of things other than for self help type stuff. I am pretty ok with my current sexuality and don't mess with such using hypnosis so I don't have any such triggers.
