Decent Cheap Webcam

I don't know where to put this, but if you were looking, as a subject, to get a webcam, consider the Sony Eyetoy. At the moment it is $4.99 + shipping or free in-store pickup if you are near a best buy (and they have it in stock). Its decent, I got one when it was $6.99 and am happy with it.

A warning though, the eyetoy does not work on a large amount of PC's.
Nobody has narrowed down which hardware is at fault, but it is most likely the graphics card or CPU. You'll know if you're one of the unlucky ones if the computer says 'the device could not start'. One thing I can warn is that it seems to be mostly laptops that have trouble using it.
