I understand what subliminals are but have no clue on Binurals. I've tried searching the net and even these forums but to no avail.
What do they do and how do they help with hypnosis?[/quote:cb9/\+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i4/\+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i72]

BINAURAL - This type of recording incorporates binaural beats. Binaural beats are a phenomenon best experienced with headphones. In an ordinary recording, you know the hypnotist's words will invite you to relax. When binaural beats are used, they give an additional non-verbal invitation to relax.
