Blood shot eyes?

I have recently noticed after coming out of trance my eyes have a real warm feeling in them. After noticing this I went and looked in a mirror and my eyes were very blood shot, I started checking in the mirror after every trance and it is happening everytime. I was just wondering if this is a normal thing to happen or is it just me.

It is quite normal.I did have it explained to me exactly why,cant remember of the top of my head,but something to do with the bloodflow when relaxed blah blah,but it is quite healthy (but not to be used as a trance indicator though).

thanks, I was just worried that maybe i was doing something to cause it like squeezing my eyes to tight or something
