That you're waking up near the end of the file indicates that you could be going into trance.

Different people experience trance in different ways, and any given person may not always experience it in the same way, so whether you do or don't remember anything from the file doesn't say whether you were or weren't in trance. Some people remember at least some things, and some don't.
