Where to begin?

I'm interested in certain files, eventually working my way up to a certain curse...

But I'm new to the hypnosis jiff. So where shall I start?

I tend to be slightly disconnected from reality to begin with, so I think I should do pretty well...

Just practicing going into trance is a good place to start. I would recommend trying out several different inductions until you find one you like that works for you.
