That sort of depends on what exactly you want out of the files. I would suggest the Deepening file, to make it easier to use other files. The first Male Slave track also works extremely well, and I hear that CrotchAddict is easy.

I think that there is no such thing as an easy file or a hard file - to a certain extent. It depends who you are. If what you are trying to do with the file is "right up your alley", then it will be easy. If the file tries to change you in a way that you are opposed to deep down inside, it will be hard. For instance - if you are deeply homophobic and straight, then listening to a file that encourages you (being a male) to suck cock or want to eat cum will be very hard for you, but if you are curious about being bisexual or even homosexual, but you are still straight to the outside world, then it will be a lot easier - IMHO.

You cannot make people do something that they wouldn't do when not hypnotized. (You might be able to change some people and to change their attitudes and therefore get them to do stuff later on. But that's something else - and takes lots and lots of hard work!).
