Trouble With Trig Virtual Crossdressing

I just set up an account a few days ago, this is my first time being hypnotised ever and i am wondering if I am starting off to big. I listed to the file all night on repeat while i slept. I awoke, tried the trigger and got nothing, I was not too suprised since I dont think I went into a trance at the start anyway.


Any help on this?

Well against what you may think sleeping isnt the best state to be in to be hypnotised. Also you cant assume that without a professional hypnotising you in person it may take a few times to truly sink in and even then it can take some time for it to develop. Stick with it and you should have results soon enough. Hope this helped

Thanks I seem to be coming in to a more trance like state every time! I just want to know if there is any success stories because to me it seems like a big mind warp (puns aside) to go through.
