Files won't play...

When I try to play a file this message keeps showing... The file WMPLOC.dll has a version # of 11.0.6002.18111 where 11.0.6002.18065 was expected Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled. What should I do, this is confusing, need quidence!

I would appear that your copy of windows media player is damaged. You'll need to go to microsoft and download a new copy. Or you can try playing them in another media player. Your call.

Thank you dear, I have been trying to do that for the last week, my experience is rather limited. I am soooo anxious to try some of these files!...Mariah
