i would like to have a file that is a self trigger that makes me deaf

What kind of trigger could a deafening file have?
The LARGEST issue with text is not everyone accepts text as triggers.

I feel like it would be very hard to do this since triggers are typically oral. And if you can't hear...you can't be reverted to normal.

well trig no evil says that you can self trigger but you can't untrigger yourself, someone else has to do that that

Couldn't you use a self-triggering anchor instead? Like you pull your left earlobe to go deaf then pull your right earlobe to return your hearing?
