E-mail Slave Question

Ok so the email slave file has caught my attention and i'm going to start listening to it but I was looking through the forums and there was stuff which people talking about giving out personal information. I kind of don't want to send pictures either. Is there a way to do this and like protect myself from that kind of stuff if i am triggered?

This might be a stupid question i know, considering the file is called email SLAVE lol but thought I would ask it just in case

Sure, you could send yourself the first hypnofile to tell yourself what limits that you will never exceed. (You will probably want to send that a few times to make sure that it stays in place.) If you have a tist you trust, that person could also put in protections for you. Or you could even have a separate person screen the messages before you read them. Have fun!
