TrigWoman - Description

So, having downloaded TrigWoman2, I am anxious to try it out. However, the only instruction given for TrigWoman2 is : "for how it works see TrigWoman.mp3's description."

As best I can tell, the orginal TrigWoman is no longer on the site. Can anyone give me the TrigWoman instructions?
