This file truely has me under it's control.
Literally, as soon as I get out of bed in the morning the first thing I do is do 3X50reps of pushups, 150 crunches and 6 reps of 150kg weight lifting.
Then, I wear usually a pair of jeans (sometimes, embarresingly, I go out in my boxers with no top on as it makes me feel entirely ripped like that), highly tight shirt to express my muscled body (Yes, I am a Bodybuilder you know) and I then go down to the beach for a swim. (Again, no top on.Duh) This cycle seems natural for me and I repeat it nearly everyday.
