Attenion Span (>_<)

I have been here since January and I have been coming here in spurts, no more than 2 months apart. I have downloaded allot of files about 30-35. But I have picked up some bad habbits. I have never gotten a file to fully work (but I did have minor success with anthro rabbit, walking on balls of my feet only, feeling a sheath) because of my low attention span (I'm not even sure I'm going into trance).

I download a file listen to it once then dump it in the morning. I know that you have to be patient with files but I just cant. My attention Span effects everything, from games to work.

I don't know if there is any way that you guy can help me, but I just wanted to get that off my chest.
