Professionally Mixed Binaurals

I have some nice sound equipment and software that I would like to put to some good use. I wanted to mix together some really effective binaural beat tracks. What would be some good frequencies to mix?

In my experiments, I used Virtual Hypnotist to generate the initial tones. There's a feature on it that allows one to tweak the tones and find the optimum combination, which I used kind of like a template to produce my own from (using Sound Forge).

I've read things that suggest the left field should be the high tone, and right field be the low tone, for that particular type of simple binaural which produces a third tone in the mind.
