I am having some luck with cardigans lucid dream file,
in that I am getting more and more crazy real seeming dreams unfortunately it is not every night and is not crossing over with the diaper dreams or erotic dreams files yet which seam to be nothing so far as, but I am confident they will work, I have only had one diaper dream in 3 months and no erotic dreams yet.

I listened to EMG's lucid dreaming files last night and had a lucid dream a few hours later- the file actually put me in a really deep trance too, and worked amazingly! Definitely gonna try a few more different files, see if any work better than others.

I listened to Cardigan's lucid dreams file twice last night, once for a proof-read and once for real. I went pretty deep into trance, and had lucid dreams this morning. Wow. The dreams were nothing special, but they were lucid. Tonight I will set my sights higher...
