Want to make a file

So i'll be brief. My girlfriend wants to try hypnosis but she will only try it if i record the files for her. problem is i know nothing about recording my own files. i have audacity but haven't really had the time to play around and learn how to use it. does anybody have a few tips on where to start. i was figuring i would try making a simple induction file. is there anything special i should know about making my first file.

Not really; you can dabble with very little knowledge. I'd start by listening to a few files on this Website (or elsewhere,) and listen to the language they use, and pay attention to what induction techniques they use.

Audacity is a pretty straightforward program, so you shouldn't have too much trouble figuring in out.
