Authors: Edit file names and descriptions?

I need to change the file name and description of some files I uploaded. The only way to do that right now (that I am aware of) is to delete the file completely and upload it again.

Not sure about changing file names, cos then people might not know if they have already listened to the file. I think authors ought to be able to edit descriptions and categories, though.
