Successful no hands orgasm, and tips on how to achieve it?

Yeah I have had tremendous success with Isabella`s Jackpot no hands. It took awhile because I was associating orgasm with ejaculation. I`ve been listening to her files for over a year now and I`ve actually only ejaculated 1 time from listening to it but now I can orgasm on command.

My advice is this, relax stop trying to achieve orgasm and let your body react naturally :D
