Hook your ankles behind your neck with your arms and shoulders inside and then use the strength of your legs to pull your head closer to your penis. Keep working at it and unless you are fat you will eventually either be able to get your dick in your mouth or will pull your back so badly that you will hurt for months, if not longer, and give up the idea.
