Has anyone had enough success with the feminization files that they have gone out dressed as a female?

Its hard to think anything from hypnosis works as I think about it from time to time, and have considered going to sex shops to buy panties there, but I haven't; usually throwing the excuse I don't have the time to do it,(same reason I don't have a girlfriend) or I don't want to spend the money on clothes I don't need. I've also listened to files for years but I never listen to the same one over and over, I revisit the files I like, but never the 10 times needed to stick. Perhaps It never will.
