Outkast, I'm also in North Carolina, good to meet you. Your best bet for adult-sized diapers would be the internet. Some good sites to check would be AB Universe, Bambino Diapers, Secure Personal Care, or XP Medical (google the names and it will take you to the sites). If you can't order from the web for whatever reason, you could also go with ones bought at a store. Walmart carries their Assurance store brand (cloth outer cover) or Depends (which come in cloth or plastic cover). The ones from the internet brands are much thicker and higher quality, but also more expensive than the ones you can buy in stores. I hope that helps!
