I not really sure if I am doing some thing wrong or some thing that might help me. I started witht the Induction a few times the next the the deepening and deepening 2 to go under. Then I tried the trigremaleform, and the sex dreaming one, but none of the curse files. I have had done some close too this in my health class in high the women told is was a way to help the body relax. I also wanted to know when you hear the files do you raelly hear them if you are under or not. I was not sure on that part. I know you have to be relaxed when you hear them that is about it. :?: :(
