What's the most effective, yet least recursive file?

I really want to start to get into all of this, but to start, I want to try with a very short temporary file. I don't really care what it is as long as it's not personality changing or makes me lose control of my bladder. You know, something just to start with. I also don't want one of those files that makes you feel like you are a slave to someone. So really, just nothing with any sort of long term affects, or baby files. Any suggestions? they are much appreciated!

EDIT: While I'm not that into feminization, I was thinking of Cardigan's victorian girl. I heard it doesn't last long unless you use it pretty much every day. Anyone else here that used it? How long did it last for you. Thank's again!
